A majority of the studies performed on steroid abuse indicate males are twice as likely to abuse steroids as females(7–10). Some, but not all, other studies have estimated that the rates of steroid abuse in men vary in proportion to their size (2). These observations demonstrate that men do not just exhibit ADH or RA; they may be equally likely to abuse anabolic steroids. One hypothesis to explain these differences is that ADH and RA are a more severe form of acne and steroid abuse than ADH alone, steroid abuse in australia. This model of steroid abuse in women may serve to explain the discrepancy in the proportion of male abuse of steroids and female ADH and RA. Alternatively, some of the more prevalent steroid abuse disorders in males may be the product of a specific subset of androgenic alopecia in males, that is, anabolic steroid abusers with a history of prior steroid addiction, steroid abuse disorders, or other hormonal disorders. Steroid abuse disorder may be a marker for greater abuse in other female disorders of acne, like metabolic or endocrine disorders (10), steroid abuse and male fertility. While the effects of steroids may vary with age, and the exact time required for a steroid to be "on" will vary with time, the onset of steroid abuse appears to be consistent with the beginning of puberty in females, steroid abuse in wrestling. Our findings indicate that male acne and anabolic steroid abuse may precede ADH, RA, or both, suggesting that the underlying cause may be steroid abuse/dependence. The onset of or the severity of steroid abuse and dependence should be considered, however, in the evaluation and treatment of both male and female steroid abuse, steroid abuse and relationships.AcknowledgmentsThe authors thank K.
